What I collect
- What you write in a form: your name, contact details, company, and what you say about your project or business.
- What you write to me by email, and what you enter when booking a meeting.
- Audience measurement: overall traffic statistics (pages viewed, country, browser type), with no cookies, nothing stored in your browser and no cross-site tracking.
- The host’s technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), used to run and protect the site.
Why, and on what legal basis

- Keeping accounts and invoicing
- Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c))
- Building my directory of manufacturers and suppliers
- Legitimate interest: finding the right house for each project (art. 6(1)(f))
- Measuring traffic and protecting the site
- Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f))
No automated decision is made from your answers. I neither sell nor rent your data, and I do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Who has access
Only me. The technical providers that run the site and the mailbox process this data on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, form delivery, audience measurement), Google (the mailbox your messages arrive in) and Cal.com (booking, if you use it; Cal.com’s own policy then applies on its site). If you entrust your project to me, only the information needed for production goes to the selected manufacturers, and the brief I send them does not name your brand.
These providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or standard contractual clauses.
How long
- Request with no follow-up
- Three years after the last exchange
- Client
- The length of the relationship, then five years (general limitation period)
- Accounting records
- Ten years
- Manufacturer or supplier
- Three years after the last exchange
- Technical logs
- As long as the host keeps them for the site’s security
