Sport has always been part of my life: combat sports, gymnastics, weight training, calisthenics. That is what got me taking supplements, and then wanting to develop them.
I made it my field of study: a bachelor’s in biochemistry, then a master’s in nutrition and food science, specialising in the neurobiology of eating behaviour.
For six years I developed health and sports ranges at a food supplement company. I joined as an intern and rose to lead its product and R&D.
For three of those years I also developed for other brands: independents, well-established brands, and some very big influencers. You probably know a few of them. In food supplements, food, cosmetics and pet food.
I chose to do it on my own account, with Ligans. I work alone: you have one single contact, from the first call to market launch.
